Breakfast at Tamarac Cafe, Inlet, NY  8:00 a.m.
Leave Arrowhead Park in Inlet at 9:30 a.m. 

Ride through Raquette Lake, Blue Mtn. Lake, (Route 28)
Long Lake, Newcomb (pit stop at High Peak View Parking Lot), Minerva, North Creek (Route 28N)
Indian Lake, Blue Mtn. Lake and back to North Street Pavilion in Old Forge (Route 28)

Approximately 160 miles.  Approximate time 4 hours.  A gentle ride...through a heart of the Adirondacks. This trip will take riders on the route of T.H.E. Loop, which is an annual ride that takes place the first Saturday in October.  The 5th Annual T.H.E. Loop ride is October 2, 2010. 

T.H.E. (Touch, Heal, Empower) Loop ride raises monies for The Image Fund at C.R. Wood Cancer Center in Glens Falls, NY, AMC Cares Image Fund at Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake, NY, and The Perfect Fit Boutique at Faxton-St. Luke's Hospital in Utica, NY.  All monies help cancer patients 100%, which makes this ride unique.  For more information visit T.H.E.
